I didn’t have thyme so I used basil, otherwise followed exactly and it was fabulous!! My husband and I both thought it had the perfect amount of heat and plan to try it on wings next time. Sooooo good!!

Followed another reviewers advice and added the sausage. Also only had one delicious apple so substituted a small zucchini and some oven roasted sweet potato. All the flavours work well together. Thanks for the great recipe and the helpful reviews. I would make this again, hopefully with more apple.

Very tasty and easy. I should have followed the advice of the other reviewers and added the garlic and I think it would be a 5.

Very tasty! Wanted to use up all the extra tomatoes and basil from the garden and this was ideal. With fresh basil and cherry tomatoes halved and a can of condensed tomato soup instead of the ketchup (what I had on hand), this turned out wonderfully. Had an unexpected thickness to it that made it very hearty.
