The Best Chocolate Cheesecake.
Everyone loved this cheesecake! I used slightly less cream cheese (cause I ran out) and it still turned out great.- I added a splash of whisky and kahlua to the ganache, which added a great taste :)- I also made a quick raspberry jam to go with it, and it was great.- I used Oreos for the base
