I made this recipe with a bag of shredded hash brown potatoes and just put them in with the cooked hamburger. It took longer for them to brown but they tasted great!

We made it and used one bag of coleslaw which was more than enough. We didn’t add the carrots because they were in the coleslaw mix. We took the egg roll wrappers and turned them upside down on cardboard molds that come with the Azteca brand taco salad shells. They turned out good but were a little dry. Next time we will just make the egg rolls and fry them in oil on the burner. Also, we will add more garlic and ginger. We will definitely make this recipe again!!

I made it without the coconut because I didn't have any and it turned out great! I used strawberry pie filling but any fruit pie filling would taste wonderful!

This is a great recipe for pork chops! I made it the first time in the oven and turned the pork chops over several times. The second time on the grill and they were even better! It is better when you make more spice rub than it calls for and really rub it into the meat on both sides. Yum!

I made it exactly like the recipe and it was delicious! I had lots of complements because I made two batches and took some to two different families. I want to try this same recipe with oranges using the orange juice and zest just like the lemon. Yum!
