Excellent! Excellent! Excellent! I didn't have Greek seasoning, so I used what others suggested; a mixture of garlic and onion powders, oregano and basil. Other than that, made recipe as stated. So good! Will definitely make again.
So good! I doubled the sauce and instead of 4 cups water I used 3-1/2 cups and 1/2 cup red wine. Other than that, I made exactly as is. It cooked a little longer just because I had to wait for my mother-in-law to arrive. Served it with Spaetzle. Everyone was licking their plates! Literally!
Excellent! Made it exactly as the recipe states. Made it to accompany Asian Beef with Snow Peas from this site and that was an excellent pairing. Will definitely make again!
All I can say is WOW! We LOVED this! I couldn't find rice wine, so I used cooking sherry as other people suggested and it was excellent. I made 4 times the sauce just so we would have extra for rice. I made it with Asian Coconut Rice from this site and that was a FANTASTIC pairing! Added some water chestnuts and broccoli too which really soaked up the sauce. The cooking time was right on! Super easy! Super quick! Super Good! I cannot wait to make again.
Very strong flavor...not only of garlic but of leeks. I made exactly as written. Since it was such an overpowering taste, it was hard to really enjoy. We will not be making this again.
Very Good! I used 4-1/2 cups broth and 1/2 cup white wine. Also added some freshly shredded asiago cheese as I had some on hand. Will definitely make again.
