Just made four instead of 12. I basted the chicken 3 times while it cooked during the last 15 minutes. I was worried that the chicken would look a bit gray since the recipe states that the skin should be removed. My only concern is that the juice from the chicken and the BBQ sauce aren't thick.

Super tasty! I used fresh basil and a pinch of dried mint leaves.
