These got really amazing! The chops were so juicy! The chops I bought were small and thin and the time/temp were spot on. (I'd obviously adjust if using bigger/thicker ones.) Someone else suggested doubling the seasonings and throwing in some panko crumbs so I did. Great flavor 👍

I like that this was so easy. I heeded other reviewers warnings that it turned out "too bland" so I doubled the oil and pesto. I added 2 garlic cloves & red pepper flakes. Also, I put in way more parmesan than what it calls for. (You measure that stuff with your heart lol.) Overall, thought it was great. Will make again.

This was a smash hit!!! I followed the recipe as is but added 1 can of chickpeas. I didn't have garlic salt so improvised with a little garlic powder & little salt instead. I was wary of the use of the Italian dressing and when first added it seemed like too much. Once it sat in the fridge a lot of it was absorbed though. Everyone raved about this recipe. Will definitely be making often.

Love everything about this recipe! I've been making it for years and it's always a huge hit! I've modified the amounts though. I like making a huge batch that can be divvied up and still have enough leftovers. I do 5lb of the potatoes, 9 eggs, 1.5 lbs of bacon, 2-4 celery stalks, 1 onion. (Just my personal preference as far as the texture goes!)
