Scott Hibb's Amazing Whisky Grilled Baby Back Ribs Recipe.
These were the best ribs I have ever made. So moist and tender. I did a dry rub that’s from a local butcher. We used a high quality whiskey (@woodfordreserve). I also used fresh garlic and I didn’t add liquid smoke, onion powder (was in the rub) and molasses (not a fan). I forgot to get a picture but my son sent me a photo of the leftovers.
