This dish tastes so delicious! However, it doesn’t taste like chicken cacciatore to me - it has a more French flavor to it. I found that I couldn’t get the broth reduced, I could try with tomato sauce rather than or in addition to tomatoes…? I tried sautéing for awhile after it was finished but couldn’t reduce it. Still, it was good over rice which soaked up the broth nicely. It was really yummy. My daughter and father in law and myself really enjoyed it, but my husband and son said it wasn’t their favorite. If I make it again, it will be fore myself, and I likely will since I think it tastes very good. The herbs give it a really nice flavor. And the chicken came out so tender.

One of the reasons I look forward to the holidays every year is because I get to make, eat, and gift some of these great candied pecans. The recipe is super easy - the “work” is the rotating of the pecans every 15 minutes. But it’s worth it! They’re also great on salads, and these taste better than any I’ve had at restaurants. I made some this year for Valentine’s Day gifts. - what you see in the pic is some I kept for us at home. :-) I highly recommend this recipe.

This is my favorite banana bread recipe - the sour cream helps make the bread more moist and flavorful. The recipe is easy to put together, delicious to eat - the hardest part is having to wait an hour for it to bake…! My husband and my son don’t like nuts, so I usually make two loaves, one with nuts and one without. I’ve also used this during the holidays as gifts for co-0workers and people really enjoy it!

This recipe was so delicious! I realized I didn’t have Dill and didn’t have time to run out and get it so made it without, and it was still tasty with the garlic and parsley. Mine was a little darker as it was hard to to keep things moving quickly so I recommend having everything laid out so it’s easy to add at the right time - the stovetop work doesn’t give you any time to yourself…! My husband and my son loved it! I highly recommend this recipe.

Oh my goodness, this was so delicious! The spices and sweet in the meatballs were divine! It took me longer than I thought it should have - I’ll try to organize better next time. We ate it so fast that I don’t have a great pic of the entire dish, but some on my plate before I finished it off. The only change I made to the recipe was that I used more meat as I knew my husband and son would want more. Otherwise, I followed it as the recipe outlined. I highly recommend this recipe! I served it over steamed rice, but it would go well over mashed or a baked potato as well.
I’ve made this recipe three or four times and my family and I love it! I am a little more generous with the cheese, but otherwise follow the recipe to a T. The sauce takes patience, but comes out very delicious. I’ve even transferred it to my slow cooker if I couldn’t watch it constantly on the stove. I also like the sauce on pasta and have made extra in the past to serve with spaghetti or ziti. Delicious!!
