Instead of 1 cup water, I used 1/2 cup of leftover pulled pork juice/jelly and 1/2 c water. I used the quesadilla maker to warm up the tortillas, cut them in wedges. Delicious!

Great recipe. I have not changed a thing and it all turned out fantastic! Better served fresh since they tend to get brittle after a while.

Delicious! I substituted the 2 packages of vanilla pudding with one portion of the 'pastry cream' recipe on allrecipes by Kevin Ryan. I also sprinkled medium roast coffee grounds before I poured the chocolate sauce on top. It is the best cake ever and holds its shape even when cutting and serving. It was a huge hit! Thank you. (Requires 5 stars with these little changes)
