Followed to a T and it was AMAZING! I'm so glad this was my first ever carrot cake recipe I made. I don't think I'll be switching to another. Next time I will add some allspice. For the topping I used a whole can of the cream cheese frosting then added toasted coconut flakes and toasted chopped walnuts on top. Delicious!
A keeper!Great flavorsEasy to followFamily favorite
These cookies are sooo good! I made them for my Valentine who doesn't like things too sweet so I only used 1/2 cup brown sugar and 1/8 cup white sugar and half the chocolate chips (I used white ones). Then I added 1/2 cup of chopped macadamia nuts. The dough was super sticky even after refrigerating it for 1 hr so I was scared they weren't going to turn out good but my kids and sweetie all said they were the best cookies I ever made! I'm sure the original recipe would be amazing too. Next time I'm going to try beet juice instead of the food coloring.

I'm not much of a sweets person but needed something quick, affordable and in a decent quantity to make for Christmas gifting. This was pretty good! I loved the saltiness from the crackers, used salted butter and added crushed pretzels too. It was perfect! This was my first time making anything like this. I followed the directions and everything came out good. Thank you for the recipe!
This is my new go to rice pudding recipe! Not too fancy, boring, or eggy. Just perfectly comforting. Loved it. Thank you!
