YAY!!!!!! So glad to have would this wonderfully quick and flavorful recipe! The family's first comment was, "YUM," the second was, "This takes like a restaurant," and the third was, "Let's add it to the rotation." So I did! The leftover sauce is delicious drizzled over Ritz Crackers too...
I am giving this 5 stars for flavor. 3 eggplant ended up being double what we needed! 1 - 1 1/2 would have been perfect. However, the whole family loved the flavors, and I was delighted in the fact that it was a no-fry version!
This ended up working perfectly for the fridge pickles I made today! Very easy to put together, and a nice, small amount in the end(doesn't clutter up the cupboards this way). Thanks for sharing, it was a lifesaver!
I would rate this 5 stars, except we didn't follow it exactly. I didn't have orange zest or fresh garlic, so I omitted the zest, and used 3/8 tsp. of garlic powder. I used coconut oil as well because it is healthier. I added 1/2 tsp. red pepper flakes for some heat, and they gave the perfect touch! We loved the flavors, but it tasted nothing like the restaurant Fried Orange Chicken that we love. Nice and quick, though, and delicious served over rice! Next time I will use less soy sauce, and omit the salt, because the end product was quite salty. Overall, and good recipe that I plan on making again!

The glaze added unexpected finish to a classic banana bread! I doubled the recipe for the bread itself, but didn't double the glaze and there was still plenty of glaze to go around. Thanks for sharing this fun recipe!
