I didn't have beef broth so I used chicken broth and I didn't have enough Worcestershire sauce but the flavor is delish. I wanted a simple straight forward beef stew and this is it. I like to brown my meat first to give that extra flavor. This is a definite keeper.Serve with white rice and you are set. I added a little bit of chicken stock to the sauce. As some reviewer pointed out, do not overcook your chops. I actually brined my pork chops before browning them. I also believe using fresh rosemary is the key. Thanks for sharing. This is a keeper! Helpful (0) buckwheat05 reviewed ROBINROCKINGBIRD’s Juicy Roasted Chicken. 05/19/2010 Wow! My husband is very picky with his chicken. I made a few roasted chicken recipes but tends to be on the drier side after cooking. But this recipe is really GOOD! Simple yet so juicy. I added garlic powder and used about 2 tablespoon of butter. I will try to cut up dark meat next time since that's my hubby's fav! Thank you for sharing!
