Slow Cooker Pork Chops.
I used 6 small boneless pork chops, 4 cloves of crushed garlic, and substituted onion powder for garlic powder. I cooked in the crockpot on low for 6 1/2 hours. It was delicious and I will do it again. I also want to try it with chicken or fish.
