Amazing!!! First time making red velvet and it was easy. I doubled the recipe and baked in 13x9 pan for about 50 minutes. I used only egg yolks in the cream cheese layer and it was thick and creamy. Definitely a keeper!!!
PS. I also used duck eggs :)
