I used spicy V8 and more garlic. Hubs thought they tasted muddy which had nothing to do with your recipe so I got them to myself! Mopped up yummy broth with crusty bread. Added some seasoning blend I use for olive oil to dip bread in that's a bit spicy. Was divine!!!
My family really liked it! This was super rich even with using half and half instead of heavy cream. I added some heat with red pepper flakes. Great recipe!
Absolutely fabulous! I used good quality pomegranate infused vinegar and Tuscan herb oil. My dad, my favorite person for whom to cook, wiped his salad plate clean with crusty bread. Thank you!
This is like a crazy magic trick. I didn't think I had a prayer of finding my immersion blender because I've moved a gazillion times so I tried this in my blender. Poured the oil in excruciatingly slowly and it turned to slop. Dumped it down the drain. Found immersion blender, and presto!! 5 pulses and a delightful concoction emerged! I could really taste the EVOO so next time, I think I'll use a lighter olive oil. Used this to make Chef John's crab cakes and a remoulade sauce. I did use whole eggs due to first attempt but will try next time with just the yolks. My husband nearly licked the plate! Thanks!!

I'll never make corn another way again. Some miraculous happens both to the flavor and texture.
