Love the recipe - made a few changes just to enhance the healthy-ness. Whole wheat flour and unsalted butter instead of shortening, also added cinnamon. Came out fantastic - did like others did and sprinkled top with oats, brown sugar and nutmeg. As you can see- my husband loved it - went upstairs for a few mins to let it cool so I could get a pretty pic, and came down to this....
