Look total transparency: I ball parked the spices amounts - and didn’t use Green Pepper (not a fav) but added a Carrot… and use less liquid (chicken broth) - only enough the moisten and thicken to a sauce - This is a fantastic recipe! I’ve now made its twice - and that won’t be the last - Thanks Chef John!
I really like these spicy roasted peanuts and have used this recipe several times - I use raw Spanish peanuts (pre-shelled) - My tip is “Know your air fryer” I’ve cut back the time on the front end (6 min) and back end (8 min)... very flexible with the spices to my tastes - Its great table snacks for party’s !
Simple and delicious! Instead of broccoli florets I spiralized 2 stalks and cooked it with thin whole wheat spaghetti - also cut back a little on the butter and used probably 4x the garlic
