They were a HIT!!!! My variation was adding sour cream to the batter. So moist. Love the crumb topping. I will definitely be making them again.

Garbanzo Bean Chocolate Cake (Gluten Free!).
I made this last night and my husband, who hates garbanzo beans, Loved this cake as well as my kids. I made homemade whipped cream and added the raspberries and it was a hit.

I added chopped walnuts and made them muffins. The smell of banana anything is so intoxicating. I love it.
