I thought this recipe might be bland since there were no spices or flavor other than the chicken and stuffing and boy was I WRONG. This is my first time cooking with zucchini and I actually used 2 zucchini and 2 yellow squash, but changed no other part of the recipe. It was SO GOOD, I ate way too much and I'm so excited that I have leftovers. It reminds me of a dish you'd have at thanksgiving (maybe due to the stuffing?). Will definitely make this again!!!
Well, this was my first time making fudge and I was excited since there were apparently other first timers that had success by following the recipe exactly. I did this, exactly as it states. I followed everything to the T and I guess I still messed it up. Everything seemed fine until I added the peanut butter, and it immediately turned from liquid into crumbles. I'm not sure what I did wrong but I'm upset it wasn't as easy as everyone claimed it to be. I pressed it into the 9X13 since it wasn't spreadable.
Made this twice now, it's SO GOOD. I keep everything measured the same but I mash the bananas instead of slicing so they distribute better. Added bonus: the whole house smells delicious every time I bake it!
