Boilermaker Tailgate Chili.
This is my GO TO chili recipe. I don't follow 100% exactly, but using it as a basis works great! I use either a craft beer, coffee from earlier that day, root beer, or just your basic domestic beer. They all work great! I like this recipe because it isn't a tomato based chili recipe. Five stars!
